     Born and raised in Athens, Larry Conrath graduated from Athens High School in 1963 and from Ohio University in 1967 with Bachelors degree in Business Administration.

     In 1972, Larry Conrath Realty opened its doors for business. The Realty Company started in a small office located on Stimson Avenue with a phone, an address book, and a desk. Thirty eight years later, located on East State Street, he has thirteen licensed real estate associates, office manager, web master and secretarial staff to assist you in making your dreams come true.

     The company philosophy has always been "Giving Back to the Community." It is important to maintain the quality of life for all Athenians and Athens County residents. The community programs Larry Conrath Realty has supported with the Community Outreach program are the Dairy Barn, Ohio University Women's Athletics, Larry Conrath Realty Library Program, United Appeal, Kids on Campus, Kidfest, Athens County Children's Services, Corporate Sponsor for Walk America, March of Dimes and Homecoming events just to name a few.

In categories for companies from 0 to 99 employees, Larry Conrath Realty has taken 1st place in all categories: Billboards, signs, newspaper advertising, community involvement, advertising, promotional items, office decor and more.
